Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear cache. There could be a plugin conflict preventing the css from applying.

If the color still will not change, then please try tochange other settings as well and see if they apply from your theme panel. If they do not, please try to increase your system status parameters following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

I still have trouble with your menu color , as you can see now the images below each post has a different menu color, already requested support by email and I have not yet met

Please remove w3 total cache as the recommended and tested cache plugin with our theme is WP Super cache
