Mobile Menu in Desktop Issue

Hey,
We’re currently working on making our website as accessible as possible, and I’m setting up proper keyboard navigation using the cursor. Basically, everything is working fine. However, on desktop, the tab focus goes through the links of the mobile menu first — even though that menu is visually hidden. Is there a way to change this so that the mobile menu is not only visually hidden on desktop, but its links are also not focusable via keyboard navigation?

Hi Daniel,
What you can do is to edit the cloud header and select the mobile view port, then select the mobile menu zone and check the option “Don’t load on desktop” – https://i.imgur.com/aS0RfTD.png
I hope this will help you!

The only thing that works is disabling the mobile search in the theme panel — but then it doesn’t work on mobile anymore either.

Hi,
What I can recommend is to use a popup and create a page with a search in it (like the one from desktop) set the page in popup and use the popup as mobile search. For example the mobile menu from this demo – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_towntalk_pro/ is a popup element.
Thank you!
