How do I active the menu on mobile? Nothing happens when you click it, it just adds “#” to the address bar.
I checked the documentation, then maybe thought the problem was maybe mobile theme – but its deactivated.
I’m guessing its something simple that I am missing

Hi,
Try to disable all plugins, enable only Visual Composer and check if the issue is still there.
If you use cdn or external cache clear/purge it.
