i installed the theme and only added posts and linked them to the demo post categories thats all i did and if i look on the mobile version i dont see the images showing and also the mobile menu is not responding can you please explain whats the problem and how i can fix this .

First of all, please try to remove all untested plugins, leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install via FTP, load a new video on your desired section and check the results. It should work as properly. I suspect your issue happens due to your configuration of your theme, untested plugins used by your or other additional customizations which might damage the theme layout. Revert the theme to the default state and see what is happening.

I had the exact same problem, menu on mobile was not working, and post’s featured images on mobile were not showing.
It happenned after I have published one post in video format and put a video instead of featured image.
When I changed that post back to normal format, everything worked again.
