Mobile menu not working

When we display our site on mobile and click on the hamburger menu, the screen shrinks and a shadow goes around the image but the menu does not appear.

Hello itsonmessage,

Please update the theme to the latest version of it, remove all of the untested plugins, purge CDN files, clear all the caches and check the results. Should works!

I have completed the above tasks but still have this issue on the homepage only. The hamburger menu works on all other pages.

Hi,

I have inspected the website on mobile, there seems to be no problem on mobile at the moment

The menu works on all the website, I see no issue with it on the homepage. There are a couple of errors on the website regarding an image which is not found. This can delay the website loading. Please remove or replace the images found in these places

Then check if the errors are still present regarding that image
