I am trying to use your mobile theme on my site but the mobile menu doesn’t work at all. I have followed your installation and recommendations but I cannot make it work to the point I have deactivate it for customer experience. Am I doing something wrong? Is there any solution?

You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict.
Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
