It fixes when you scroll down and back up but it still looks very poor.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Please remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as expected.

I removed the logo.

This is a screen of what the menu looks like when it loads compared to when I scroll down and back up (not to the very top). When you reach the very top, the search button moves to the left again.
Any ideas how to fix this and to ensure it stays the same?

On what devices do you have tested this? It seems to be a mini bug on iOS mobile devices with Safari or Chrome browser. We hope to fix this in our future updates.
