I’m just starting my website but I’m not being capable to make the mobile menu to work.
It works in the composer but not online.
What would be the problem?

And other problem I have (sorry I forgot to mention before) is that I see a blanket space between the header and the starting of the posts that doesn’t exit in the composer. Sorry if it’s a really silly question but I’m using this tool for the first time and the mobile page is a fundamental part of my website.

I already fixed the menu problem but I still have the blank space between the header and the content in the mobile version. I just downloaded the theme again but I still have the same problem.

I had the same problem where the actual mobile menu didn’t work (clicking on it would just freeze like it didn’t appear) but in the editor it still worked fine. I looked through this article and didn’t see a solution here. or let everyone see if others also find this error like me

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.

I followed your instructions. discontinued all plugins (picture attached). Please use your phone to try accessing my website to check it out. It seems that when I click on the menu it freezes like the overlays have appeared but I don’t see them . https://quanphanbon.com

Please go to the theme panel -> block settings -> inline css and enable the option to minify the css and clear the cache.

I followed your instructions exactly but it still doesn’t work. I can email the admin account for you to check. You can log in with your phone to detect the error (domain https://quanphanbon.com)
My mistake was: using my iPhone to click on the Menu, nothing appeared and it seemed to freeze. but that menu still appears on my computer when I try to switch to mobile editor.
