I have submenus on my navigation menu items for mobile. Is there a way for it to be uncollapsed by default?

The menu on mobile should by uncollapsed by default-> https://i.imgur.com/Iqbw85W.png only on amp version this is collapsed -> https://i.imgur.com/0NksT5y.png
