Mobile Navigation Not Working

My mobile navigation menu has stopped working. It zooms out from the page but does nothing. It used to pull up a menu similar to the footer and looked like the search bar did.

Thank you! I just activated the tagdiv composer plugin and that seemed to fix it. I thought I had tried that.
