Mobile page of https://ruralnet.mk/ is not opening on moblie devices, how to fix?

I don’t think you are using a mobile page.

Have you set a mobile page here -> https://prnt.sc/_xtqXPG3dwKO and it’s not being displayed?

Or what should I check exactly? Please mention more details.
