Hi
When a page loads on the mobile this orange header with a white rectangle briefly pops up in the header:

It makes the site look cheap and as if there is an error with it.
How can I stop this from loading up on the mobile and tablet site?

Hello,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. If you use a child theme -please switch to the main theme and test the menu again.
