Mobile Plugin and AMP Plugin

Hello,
I updated my theme to the new Newspaper10 mainly because it promised “blasting mobile speed” but to be honest after setting my mobile and AMP plugins I did not see any difference at all. I went from score 21 on google sitespeed to 27 overall which is still a very bad rating. How can I make this to work? any recommendations?

As you can see here on mobile version your page speed is affected by the images not by the theme: https://www.screencast.com/t/MQqgzxsc
