Hello Sir,
The problem is the following. I have installed the mobile plugin before a couple days. When I open the site from my smart phone, the first the posts are the same. Please see the screenshot.

Before installing the mobile plugin was fine. The desktop version is also fine.

Hello,
The top grid will show the featured posts so any post that is added to the featured category will show up as a featured post. the bottom dropdown will show a list of your latest posts. If the post is both the most recent and is a featured one, then it will show up on both blocks, yes.
