In mobile I am trying to show related category article below the article but even after changing it, it is showing all category articles. Pls suggest?

I am changing it to show the current category but it is showing the latest from all categories.
All blocks are showing the same at this place. When I choose a specific category it shows from that, but it is not showing posts related to the current category. Pls help
