The mobile responsive theme is not loading correctly. The content is lined properly on the phone. But the entire screen can be swiped away and you look at a blank background. The content doesn’t sit centered on the screen. Also, the header stretched in and out. http://imgur.com/5rA5p5t
There is no banner ad installed on mobile so I’m not sure what the issue is.

I have inspected your mobile webstie version and I saw that mode are not right loaded, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gWhMt5kG That blank spaces come from your bottom Ad. Try to identify the provenience of it and provide more details about it and how you added it there. Notice that responsive mobile version will display the exact desktop elements in mobile responsive mode.

I have the ads placed in the ad section of the theme panel. Please see screen grab. http://imgur.com/a/TTIqd. I even had the “disable on mobile” option checked. What else can I do to fix this?

In this space -> https://www.screencast.com/t/WpZXKE9zcc1 notice that you can place only Google AdSense code, as you can see in my screenshot while you are not using Google AdSense code and that’s why the theme does not recognize it. Try using the AdRotate plugin and add your ad in this plugin and check which are the results.
