I have upgraded the site with latest update and I am having problems with the mobile plugin. It will not upload- see attachment. 
The mobile site on FashNerd.com is currently not responsive. I cant upload the plugin. I have no idea what the next step should be to recify the problem. Please help!

I have inspected your website and the responsive mode seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/KVz4tqoNbn Check the server permissions in order to upload the plugin.
