Mobile submenu not showing

Hello Support

Im using your theme and the submenu title on mobile devices is not showing, only displays an arrow on the right side of the screen.

Please provide more details as I cannot see any issue. Please provide an example of the submenu you are referring to.

Hello,

Here is a screenshot with the web menu and the mobile menu

The mobile menu does not show the menu “Nosotros”, it shows a white arrow all the way to the left.

This issue is happening only to the parent menu that has subpages inside.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Hello,

Ok, I see the issue now. Strange indeed. This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
