Hi,
There was a problem with the new update in regard of the functionality on mobile. Please download the theme package again and install it, the issue is fixed.
Or edit this file manually as shown in the screenshot, and modify it like this

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused for you. Please let us know if you have any further problems with the mobile theme.
Thank you!
Hi Simion,
Thanks for the reply. Will I need to re-download the theme and then re-install mobile plugin or am I meant to re-install the whole theme again?
Look forward to your reply.
Anthony
I edited the file manually and it works!! Thank you for your awesome support.
Hi SolveTech,
What programme did you use to edit theme? I’m using mac.
Hi,
You can use any text editor to modify the mentioned file. Simply open it and make the modification like shown in the screenshot
– https://www.screencast.com/t/WSi6wp4k
Or you could replace the file mentioned (Newspaper/mobile/functions.php) with the one from the new theme package

Hello Gregwatson,
Just going to admin wordpress panel then to appearance -> editor, look for the functions.php (mobile/functions.php) click it, search the line, replace it and save it.
It works for me.

Hi,
Maybe you have strong caching, try clearing the cache after replacing the file, and purge CDN files if you use it.
If you still have problems, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information and FTP access, so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
Thanks
