Hi,
I have an issue with mobile template (the one you can edit with composer), which loads actually on desktops. I’ve tested it with different computers and it seems like it choses to work randomly.
The website affected: http://www.jakaoferta.pl
Just go to any article on the website to check, for example: https://jakaoferta.pl/nju-mobile-analiza-oferty-na-abonament/
How you can see notice it? Basically there is to sidebar on the right and everything goes down below. And it shows the mobile version of the “sidebar”.
Please help me with solving this.
Altenatively, how can I turn off mobile template without affecting my website? What do I need to do to remove it?
Hi,
When the mobile is display on desktop in most cases the problem is from some plugins, but most of the time from cache plugins. Please make a test, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Hi,
You can disable the mobile theme plugin without any problems. After that, it will be displayed responsive version.
The required plugins are: tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library (if using Cloud Templates), tagDiv Standard Pack (if using Standard Templates, is not needed for Pro Demo), tagDiv Newsletter (for subscribe), tagDiv Social Counter (only if you use Social Counter), tagDiv Mobile Theme (is a light design version for post and is needed for new page content, this plugin is used to improve the mobile page speed, removing the fancy layout from desktop).
Thank you!
To be specific on what I want to remove: https://ibb.co/Z2PF246
You call it mobile template.
Now from what I see this template is creates a new entry in Cloud Templates Tab in Wordpres Dashboard. See: https://ibb.co/KLbd5Q4
Now, how can I remove this template without negatively affecting my website?
I see no point in disabling plugins and checking which plugin causes the issue. I need all of my additional plugins. Unless you know which plugins cause the problem in general and how to avoid them, I don’t want to play with them at this stage.
Hello,
I’m sorry for the misunderstanding, you are referring to the mobile page.
First, you need to change the mobile page from Homepage/Pages to “No mobile page”, like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/JAK83XBAphN and also for Templates you need to set on “No mobile template”, like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/lkpRKtrzy4N .
After these settings, you can remove the mobile templates and mobile pages.
To remove the mobile pages you need to go in WordPress -> Pages -> select the filter SELECT ALL TYPE on Mobile and apply filter => https://www.screencast.com/t/cdcpsi3AnsSl, and to delete the mobile templates go in Cloud Templates -> select the filter SELECT ALL TYPE on Mobile and apply filter => https://www.screencast.com/t/vJaLJ8SKer0.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
