I have got the basics of my site set up. However
On an Android mobile it just looks exactly the same as the PC version. In other words everything is just exactly the same but very small.
Is there a setting somewhere to make a different version for mobile phones? I may have missed this

The mobile version should not be exactly the same as the desktop. Your phone is maybe requesting the desktop site every time. You may have a setting somewhere on your phone. Please test from a different device and provide a link to your site we we can inspect it.

Thats the point, it IS exactly the same as the desktop version but that looks nothing like the Mobile version in your demo. On the mobile and also on ipad the top nav bar is all there, across the top but is so small it cannot be read. I would like it to look the same as your demo linked below
