I published my first post on my website today. Everything looked like it was supposed to with the post itself, the feature image, and the layout. However, when I checked on my smart phone to see how the post rendered on the phone, the image was completely grayed out and not displaying. It indicated on top of the grayed out images that the dimension was supposed to be 741 x486. However, that is not the size of the featured image I used. And I definitely want a bigger image than that for display on regular computers. How can I add in this second, smaller image for mobile devices, and how can I assure that all of my pictures appear on both regular computer and mobile browser?

The website is http://www.mentalhealthsuggestions.com. Just go to the homepage on a cellular device and you will see that the picture for the image “How Mental Illness Changed My Politics” is not showing up.

I actually removed them in order to optimize them and make them smaller. When they were there they still weren’t showing. I’ll let you know when they are back up so we can figure it out.
