Is it necessary to use a Cache Plugin with Mobile Theme? Can we use Mobile Theme without using a Cache Plugin?

A cache plugin purges all the cache your website adds, no matter if you have mobile theme / responsive or any kind of theme. We highly suggest to our users to have 1 caching plugin all the time.

2. I am using SiteGround for hosting services. And using their SG Optimizer plugin instead of any other cache plugin. It’s working fine with Newspaper theme. Will it work ok with the mobile theme as well?
