Hi,
I activated the tagdiv mobile theme and its was working well, but when I activated the WP super cache plugin Im getting the full site on mobile device.
I followed the settings you recommend for WP super cache, but keeps the same problem.

Please contact your hosting and have them remove any hosting side cache. We recommend using wp super cache only. Hosts these days tend to provide caching solutions from the host side because of the large amount of users that simply do not use caching on their sites and that kills a server very quickly. So these measures were taken and caching was provided for everybody on specific hosts. Please make sure you do not have this type of caching.

Hi, we have a dedicated server, and dont have a server side cache.

It could be a plugin conflict though.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
If the issue is still present after disabling plugins and clearing all caching, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate.

I disabled all plugins except wp super cache and composer, and the problem persist, I will send the login credentials trough email.
