Hello,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Did you use WP Bakery? If yes, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.
Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
tagDiv Composer contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/\
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
I’m having a similar problem and I note that the issue above hasn’t been resolved (by looking at their site on mobile).
For our site (beyond90.com.au) the issue only seems to happen on some safari/iOS combinations. Seems fine on iphone12|Chrome|iOS15, but iphonex|iOS14.4|Safari doesn’t work

Hello,
@beyond90,
I saw you have an older theme version 9.6 and the latest WordPress version 5.8.1
Also, I saw you use the WP Bakery plugin, and this plugin is in conflict with our plugin tagDiv Composer.
Usually, this problem related to the mobile menu is caused by a plugin conflict, so please check it.
@machimanmarker,
I investigate your website and now seems to work properly => https://www.screencast.com/t/4N3UwTSNnNmV
I verified your website and seems that the image comes from the cache plugin https://i.imgur.com/s0bUCeJ.png, so seems to be a plugin conflict.
Please do a test using only the tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hi, thanks for the reply. It seems to be a conflict with the Ultimate GDPR plugin but is there any way to identify where the conflict is in the plugin?
Thanks
Hello,
Unfortunately, I do not have the necessary knowledge to find out which part of the plugin interfaces with our theme.
To solve this problem need more knowledge, to investigate and to create an optimal solution so that you can use them together, if you want you can make a request to our custom work team https://tagdiv.com/web-development-services/
Thank you for your understanding!
