What are the recommended dimensions for the mobile header ad. I am currently using 320×100 and getting a lot of white space around the ad: staging4.maxlaxoc.com. I’d like to fill in the white space.

Alternatively, I’d like to center the ad vertically

Hello,
The white margins are added with css. If you want to remove them, please use this code in the advanced css box under the mobiles section:
.td-a-rec-id-header_mob{
margin-top:3px!important;
margin-bottom:0!important;
}
