Mobile theme is sooo low

Hi i try to improve my web speed but is more harder than i think first. I use GT Metrix, Pingdom and Google Pagespeed, is this one (google) i have 54/100 for mobile ( so bad ) and 84/100 ( not bad).

So how i can do to improve this?? Also my page size is soooo big 3,5 MB. I optimize all the images but i dont what can i do to reduce this??

Also the new panel never load… i have to change to firefox because in Chrome i canĀ“t used is seems like the page is block for something.

about the panel, you are the first that says this. what plugins are you having active, maybe there are some conflicts, try disable some.
