Mobile Theme not allowing Popup to be full size

Hey guys, I am making a sticky banner/popup to place ads that will go across the bottom of the screen. I have been using Firebox to create this banner, and it looks great on desktop but on mobile, the popup will not display any of the images on the banner, and instead display a thin white bar.

I have confirmed that if I disable the mobile theme the banner works as intended (but obviously the rest of the mobile theme settings are disabled as well)
I have tried removing a lot of my custom CSS and toggle a lot of the option, but I cannot seem to identify what is causing this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The site is gephardtdaily.com

Here is an image of the popup not showing full size. You can see the x to close the popup towards the bottom of the screen

Hi,
I recommend using the responsive theme version. With this approach, you don’t need the Mobile Theme plugin. Using the plugin would create separate content for mobile devices, requiring you to recreate your pages using only the mobile editor.

Thank you!

Hey Calin

Thanks for your recommendation. I have experimented with getting rid of the mobile theme and working without it, but that has been changing the thumbnail of my stores to have a large blue box over the text. Any recommendations on how to get rid of this?

Hi,
Could you please provide a picture/screenshot of the problem you faced to see exactly what it is about (“that has been changing the thumbnail of my stores to have a large blue box over the text”)
Thank you!
