Hi,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict.
Once that the plugins are activate -> https://i.imgur.com/6lmR9dJ.png -> https://i.imgur.com/axRsqdx.png

If there is still a problem, make a full backup to your website and database and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel and credentials. We will take a look to this problem and we’ll try to fix it. Include a link to this topic in the email.

This theme has lots of bugs, first I was not able to active the theme and now struggling with this issue

Hi,

Yes, WordPress admin login for the site are ok. Also I think that this is the first rapport about the missing mobile theme plugin even if this is enable in Newspaper > plugins.
