And it’s ok, but I need to change order of icons on the mobile version, without changing the order on the desktop site. When I change on mobile, the circle on desktop is wrong. How I can do this?

In order to change that order, you need to have every icon in a column.
There are 3 columns with 2, 3, and 2 icons. They are arranged like that because of the design.
A workaround here could be to use a mobile page and arrange them as you like.
