Mobile version crashes

I have created several pages for the mobile version of the site – this is the main page and the posts page. But sometimes they are displayed on the phone just like on the computer. This happens after the cache has been cleared.
What do I need to do to avoid this problem?

Hello!

Can you send us a photo on how they look on desktop and how it looks on mobile? I’m not fully sure I understand the issue.

Thank you!

I have created a template for an article separately for the computer and separately for the phone (I deleted the excess). Also, 2 templates for the main page have been created – a computer and a mobile version.

But the main thing is that the articles are sometimes displayed on the phone in the same way as on the computer. Mobile template is not included. https://dip.org.ua/
This home is not optimized https://prnt.sc/1pqkx39
And this article is not optimized https://prnt.sc/1pqlckz

And this is how the news and the main page should look like on the phone. https://prnt.sc/1pqlve8 https://prnt.sc/1pqm9ox
But the phone very often displays a non-optimized version. With what it can be connected?

Hello!

Please check in the cloud library what templates you have set for mobile: https://www.screencast.com/t/r0tHSRa2Cf And also check to see which one is the one used globally: https://www.screencast.com/t/mtrm37CxZ66b

Thank you!

The article in my cloud was created for the mobile version and for the computer https://prnt.sc/1q3d7bh https://prnt.sc/1q3dw6h https://prnt.sc/1q3efsf https://prnt.sc/1q3et7s
But on a mobile device, the mobile version is displayed once, and another time, the non-optimized version is displayed.

Hello!

Your templates are not set on the mobile viewport. Please take a look at our video guide here in order to set up the mobile template properly:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY&t

Thank you!

I watched the video.
Everything is done in the same way as in this video. The plugin of the mobile version is also activated for me, but only for AMP pages.

But still, the mobile version does not always work correctly.
