Mobile Version Header Background Color

Hi! I want to know how we can change the background colour of the mobile version header. At the moment, the colour is black with a white search icon and white burger menu icon, whereas I want to make the background white so our logo looks perfect and the burger menu and search icon colour becomes black.

Can you please help and suggest how we can make these changes?
