my site has had an issue showing the mobile version. It seems to be random, sometimes the mobile site shows up correctly and other times when you go to our site on your phone all you see is code. Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution?

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way because this is the surest method, in this case, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, check all the plugins to be updated to the latest version of them if you want to achieve best theme results.

thank you for your fast response Catalin, we actually figured out we had installed a plugin that had a mobile theme that was conflicting with yours after contacting your team via email. We appreciate the help you guys provided!
I do have one more question- I noticed that our site isn’t set to the proper time. For instance right now it says that it’s 5:34, when actually where we are posting from, it’s 12:34. Where do we change the time on the back end so that it’s correct?
