mobile version issue – horizontal display for categories

In existing setting, mob version, the display for categories is vertical. It means it is waste too much space.

Is it possible to set as horizontal, just like https://www.juksy.com/

I think my question & explaining is not clear enough.
Please refer to mob ver for http://www.juksy.com.

In mob ver, the display for post catalog is “horizontal movement”.
Not only show 2 post.

Thus, my questions is that, is it possible to set similar section in newspaper?

Unfortunately, our theme doesn’t have this option for slider.

PC version, show 8 post
Mob, show 2 post
