The mobile version of my website isn’t working well. The hamburger menu and search box are Xs and all of my social icons are Xs as well. The home page looks different on my phone than it does in the tag div editor and sometimes the images won’t pull up. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Usually, that problem is related to the CORS policy that is blocking the access -> https://i.imgur.com/vxvPj7H.png . This problem can be solved using those guides:

Also, if you have the Mobile theme plugin installed and active, then you use the Mobile theme version. In order to display the responsive version, you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin.

I have tried some of these solutions and my site crashed. Some of the guides you sent me are way outside of my skillset. How do I contact support for help? I restored my site to yesterday’s version. But my images aren’t showing on mobile. This theme has also slowed my site down. Please advise

I have reached out several times today and I have not heard back. I just sent another e-mail with all the information you mentioned. At this point, Everything is almost working except my mobile menu only works on the home page of my website. On all other pages, when I hit the hamburger menu, it only displays my social icons. Can you please advise. Also, how long does it take to get support? My site has barely been working for a day and a half. I need to get it up as my traffic has almost completely dropped off.
