Hi there,
For whatever reason, when I view my website on my phone while logged in under my admin account, mobile view loads just fine. However, when logged out and viewing it as readers would, the content is stretched and not in mobile view. Why is that?

How can I fix this to where it shows the mobile view for everyone? I appreciate your help in advance!
Hi, I don’t use a plugin to optimize the CSS and JS. I use WP Rocket for caching. I look forward to the steps I must undertake to rectify this issue.
Hi,
If you use Wp Rocket, you can try to exclude the following files
/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
tdBlocksArray
After clear the cache.
Thank you!
I spoke too soon. The front page of the site (https://thegorillaposition.com) is still showing the non-mobile version while on the phone.
I’m a novice when it comes to making tweaks like these, so can you kindly tell me precisely where in WP Rocket settings to exclude the following?
/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
tdBlocksArray
Hi,
Can you please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary wp-admin and cPanelaccess to investigate and see if we can fix the problem?
Alos, the CDN access, if you use Cloudflare.
Thank you!
I appreciate your help, Anamaria. I have just e-mailed contact@tagdiv.com, including temporary wp-admin and Cloudflare access for my site.
