my desktop and mobile views are different. i updated text on my home page 4,5 days back and since then my mobile view is different from desktop. Also, the navigation menu on mobile view is also not working. I don’t know what went wrong, any help will be appreciated. thanks

Seems you have installed the Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.

thanks Anamaria, u were right. i deactivated the mobile plugin and page looks fine now. but my menu is still not working. can u help?

they stubbornly do not answer this problem literally.
I did according to their instructions with a plug-in for mobile and without a plug-in for mobile. Their mega menu in the mobile does not work.
But when buying their theme on themeforest in the demo, everything works there!

If you want to can use the mega menu on mobile like in our demos, then you must disable the mobile theme plugin, the mobile theme plugin is an extra mobile theme that we provide to be used on mobiles, this is lighter and will not display the pages and also the mega menu will not work.
To have the mega menu o mobile use the responsive version and make sure that is set as in our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ make sure that you have added a category and this is made as a mega menu -> https://i.imgur.com/AkAcmIa.png or if it is a custom link make sure that this has a link to a category -> https://i.imgur.com/7Li5EHe.png then when you are on mobile on a mega menu without subcategories, you’ll be redirected to the category set -> https://i.imgur.com/WBIDooS.png, also if it is a mega menu with subcategories it will be displayed on mobile a sub-menu with the subcategories ->https://i.imgur.com/gXDlZty.png
