mobile website is not shown on mobile phone

I build the responsive website using the diffrent devices trough the tag div composer. I spend a lot of time. And now I see, something else is shown on the mobile device. Only the main page corresponds to the TagDiv composer version. I clean all chaches and used dirfferent browsers. Nothing changed. Please help me.

Hi,

If you want to use Mobile cloud templates for your website, make sure you either select AMP in the mobile theme option from Theme Panel or Disable Mobile theme plugin.

Hi Amit,

I had already checked this. Could be the problem that I used AMP before? But I deleted. I also don´t use the mobile plugin. On the mobile settings “mobile” is selected. What can I do?

Hello!

Please deactivate the AMP plugin and the Mobile Theme plugin, clear the cache(also from your browser) and see the results.

Hi Bettina,

no amp plugin is installed, no mobile plugin. I deleted them weeks ago. I cleared the cache from browser, I installed a cache plugin nothing changed. on the mobile device is definately shown the setting from the theme panel like logo and poor footer no content.
