Hello,
My desktop version of the website has equal padding and spacing between blocks and content, however on my mobile site, there is an unequal padding where the left side is larger than the right side. I was wondering if you had any idea what the problem could be and how it could be fixed. Thank you.

Hello,
It is your pages that get this behavior. Most likely you have settings on those pages that break the mobile layout.
Please check your blocks design options. You added margins and padding to the elements and they are affecting the mobile version as well. You can add those values for each viewport in particular from the tagdiv composer block settings.
