Hi,
The global settings for modal image do not work (enabled)
All my images(set on “media”)
It just opens the file and not the lightbox
If i go to an image and set it individually to “on”, it works as normal
I have to precise that all my images are on a subdomain
Here’s a link to a page : https://www(dot)meilleursgadgetsdunet(dot)com/vie-active/sport/gym/shaker-musculation-hydracup/

Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hi, as you suggested, I deactivated absolutely all plugins except Visual composer on a testing environment
I have also activated the actual theme, so there’s no child theme
as you can see here:
https://mgn.ikanaweb.com/maison/cuisine/rehausseur-kaboost-chaise-enfant/
The picture lokking like a “confidential” (which is served from a subdomain) is not triggering the global settings for modal image, which is on “enable” : http://prntscr.com/en17ih
Hello,
The modal image requires the image to link to the media file itself, not any other link. It needs to be on your server in the media library for the lighbox to work. Right now the image is not working at all: https://www.screencast.com/t/0ojxVdTw
The lighbox will not work with images that are not hosted locally. The lightbox will not work with external images, Sorry.
Thank you!
Hi, I know that this image doesn’t exist as this is a testing environment where i deactivated all plugin and have no pictures
I’m talking about the image just below, the one that looks like a “confidential” sign
http://prntscr.com/en43f7
Sorry to say that, but there’s only one picture on this page (which is hosted on my server, on a subdomain) and I don’t quite get how you could think I was talking about a non existing image.
The actual live version of the website can be seen here: https://www.meilleursgadgetsdunet.com/vie-de-famille/parents/rehausseur-kaboost-chaise-enfant/
As you requested me to deactivate the chilkd theme andall the plugins but visual composer, I did that on my testing environment, which is the URL I gave you.
I don’t need pictures in my testing environment to see if any plugin/theme update work without breaking anything.
I therefore uploaded just one picture (which you missed) for you to diagnose the problem and see that it’s not plugin related, because they are none active

Besides, you’re pointing to the featured image, for which I’m not even sure the modal settings are relevant and/or apply at all.
Ok,
Please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin to the testing site so we can investigate the modal image issue. Please also include a link to this topic so we can identify you.
Thank you!
Hi Sorry to revive this old post.
I just updated and reapplied the previous method that worked (the code that is here: https://pastebin.com/QckwsStq)
But the modal images now still won’t work
Hello,
Please make the modification in the minified js as now the theme uses the min js version. Minify the cj you modified and replace the min js code with the new code.
You can see which file is being used in your page source: https://www.screencast.com/t/Ruh9SsvLEJ
Thank you!
