Hello,
I need same help with modal configuration.
I have configured the modal pop up, and I have set up different trigger criteria, ie. page load after 20 second, exit intentions, scroll.
The point is that all this criteria fire up the pop up, one after the other, so I have that after 20 sec the pop up appear, I close, then I scroll, and again pop up appear, then exit intention, again appear.
Is it a normal behaviour, meaning I have to select only one criteria in order to avoid to annoy page visitor with several pop up, or I have made a mistake in configuring the module?

Hello,
It does not recommend using all triggers because the issues can arise.
Please use only one trigger.
