I would like to change the text on the left side of Fitness Blog Pro demo menu that says “Fitness Blog” (I think it’s actually an image) to my own logo. How do I do this?

That you can edit using the tagdiv Composer. You will have to delete it and then add another header logo: https://www.screencast.com/t/OorhC37PgFI
