Hello !
Menus come from WordPress not from Newspaper theme. In order to edit menus and menu locations follow wordpress tutorials: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide

That is not what I meant. I need to know: how do I change the background for the mobile menu??? See the attached image.
