Module 16 gets embedded in module 21 in homepage

This is link to my site https://gadgetsfury.com . I have added ac ouple of module21 but inside one module 1 post is beign shown as module. You can inspect the website.

Hi,

Where exactly are these modules 21 in the website? I will check it but can’t seem to find the location of the problem. Some more details and a screenshot if possible would be very helpful.
