In Theme Panel > THEME FONTS I cannot open the Modules MX and Other Blocks – Article Titles menu. It just makes the loading animation, but it never opens.

Check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here

I can save settings, the problem is that all the menus open and I can save the, just the mentioned one cannot be opened.

I recommend you to install again the theme via FTP way because this is the surest theme method, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them and use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files. If the problem is still there after doing these steps, you should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.

I will try all of the above you suggest.
The theme is working fine when installed locally or on another sub domain on my site.
The problem is there when I use a staging copy of my site, so there maybe something with some of the plugins or the staging environment resources.
I will try what I can, and send an email if there is the need for that.

PLease check your plugin’s list and if you have some untested ones, try to disable all of them because these might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues.
