More Article Box is taking me to another page when i click the cross

The ‘More Article Box’ on my site is taking me to another url when i click to ‘X’ to close it.

How can I stop this? I only want it to close hide the box, but remain on the same page.

Hi,

That should not happen, the X icon simply closes the more articles section. It cannot be made to redirect by a theme setting or in any way, it is not a link.
Inspecting your website I see it is a link and directs to a website

Please check if you made any modifications to this file, either directly or by a child theme maybe

No, nothing’s changed on that file. It’s strange. I can’t seem to figure this one out yet.

Something is causing this issue, from what I can see there are a lot of links leading to the respective website, in a post page I checked on your website

There are links after links that would serve no actual purpose the page while checking with the inspector, not in the page source however

So maybe a plugin could be responsible, or maybe code entered in the theme panel (please check all the code you entered in the theme panel sections) or theme files, or possibly modifications made in them. Links are being generated in the post page leading to that website, but I could’t say from where this is coming from.
