Can we have an option to bring up the More Article Box with the option of distance from below ? That way it onlu pops out when users are close to being done with what they are reading

Thanks Marius but I was hoping to get the more article box pop out at certain point away from the end of the page.
Ideally you want to show more article when the reader is done with the current article , and since different posts are of different length its hard to set a correct distance when you measure it from the top of the page .
BUT if we set the limit from the bottom of the page we can get the more article box to slide out when the article is about to be done at the same time on pages ( page length does not matter in this case )
