MORE "COSTUM ADS 5, 6…"

Hello,

I need to create more “Custom ads”, because now I’m using Custom ads 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

How can do it from Theme panel? Now Im using a HTML in the theme, but I would like manage it from “Theme panel”.
