Dear all
I would like to know how I can change the More from the author tab into a More about “xxxx”, being that a category or tag of my election.

Hi,
So you want that the author name is displayed in that section name, so instead of More from author it would be More from <author name>. That could only be done with a theme modification. Try something like this, maybe it can be done differently though
