2. Is it set @ 100 by Default?
I showed you by screencast in case you needed to change the limit. It is limited to 100, yes

Yes, it displays under the Latest Articles but not under the Mega menu. Why not?
And what is the more on your main menu? how is it set up? The ‘travel’ needs to be a sub-category of the ‘more’ category in order for it to show up. Unfortunately I cannot access your site as it provides an internal server error. Are you sure only travel is missing and not any other ones? Please check your menus section again

Don’t understand what you ask by “And what is the more on your main menu?”. Its a category mega menu!
I do have it (Travel) set up as a subcategory of the More Category (parent)!
All other categories are set the same as Travel and they do show!
Why not Travel?
